My ex-wife has sued me four times now. Brian is the only family law attorney I've ever trusted. He did exactly what he said for one price, and the outcome was exactly what I hoped for. He is the only family law attorney I've ever heard of that underpromised and overdelivered. I felt serene walking into the courtroom where I previously felt a sense of impending doom. Most parents go into litigation wanting a shark to fight for them. That is entirely the wrong approach for an already broken family. You want a competent lawyer like Brian who: 1) Puts your child first. 2) Won't overpromise (this is exceedingly rare). 3) Hones in on the things that matter (most run up your bill litigating unimportant issues). 4) Looks for common ground with the opposing side. It’s rarest of all for any professional to be as persuasive as him while telling the truth. That takes years of practice and cannot be faked. With his flat-fee business model, Brian could have cut corners, but he never did. Instead, the model provided him the incentive to finish the case quickly, while his competence gave me the best chance at a good outcome. He checked in regularly to make sure I was comfortable with his goals and where the case was headed (I always was). That’s what left me feeling completely calm walking into a courtroom where my innocent child’s future was to be decided.
