Known for her exceptional organization, legal drafting, and case management skills, Jennifer is the vital link between attorneys, clients, courts, and opposing counsel.
Jennifer brings decades of hands-on experience in Texas family law, having supported attorneys in a wide range of matters including divorce, child custody, adoptions, guardianship, and property division. At The Knowlton Law Firm, she prepares comprehensive legal documents—from original petitions to final decrees—and manages all aspects of discovery, calendaring, trial preparation, and e-filing. Her ability to coordinate hearings, mediations, and trials with precision ensures that every case proceeds smoothly and efficiently.
Before joining the firm, Jennifer served in senior and contract roles at several respected SanAntonio law firms, including Fagan Family Law, R.L. Wilson Law Firm, and Calfas Law Group. She also held a key in-house litigation paralegal role at USAA Federal Savings Bank, where she oversaw complex corporate legal matters and investment transactions. Earlier in her career, she developed extensive experience in both bankruptcy and family law at the Law Office of Disrud and Garcia and Casas Law Group.
Fluent in Spanish, Jennifer holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Texas at San Antonio and an Associate’s degree in Banking and Finance from Del Mar College. She is currently pursuing Board Certification in Family Law—a testament to her dedication to advancing her legal expertise.
