Frank E. Gonzalez brings clients more than three decades of legal experience and a formidable command of Texas Family Law. Licensed to practice law for 42 years, Frank comes from a family of attorneys, judges, and elected public servants. With distinguished government service and a long career in Family Law private practice, litigation, and mediation, Frank has experience navigating the most complex and high-conflict family law matters.
For more than eighteen years, Frank served with the Texas Attorney General’s Child Support Division, cultivating deep expertise in intricate financial considerations, statutes, and procedures that govern child support and enforcement. He went on to specialize in family law, divorce, and litigation.
Beyond his work as an advocate, Frank has served as a mediator guiding attorneys and parties toward resolution in divorce, custody, family law, and civil disputes. Having practiced on both sides of the table—as advocate and as neutral—he brings uncommon insight into case valuation, negotiation strategy, and the dynamics that underlie successful outcomes.
Frank earned his Juris Doctor from St. Mary’s University School of Law and is licensed to practice in Texas and admitted to the U.S. Court of Appeals, 5th Circuit. In 2018, the St. Mary’s University School of Law Hispanic Alumni Association recognized him with the Henry B. Gonzalez Award, honoring his distinguished professional accomplishments and service.
